Hi thank you for your response,
The issue is presented on a Samsung laptop, RF411 with integrated webcam.
Afterwards the camera driver was uninstalled and reinstalled the trouble inverse to the oppositte, now the image is completely dark, except from really brilliant spots as lights.

I also take the aforementioned problem, my camera doesn't work and that is the screen shot I receive when I try to open my camera. I take a surface pro 4 new, bought ii weeks ago but never could utilise the webcams or camera to have a photo.

I tried both commands.
With the SFC, no issues were found.
When running the Restorehealth flag from the DISM.exe the calculator advanced up to 97% where it stayed all nighttime.
The photographic camera still presents the upshot.

Go to the Skype page and download Skype Classic.
The Windows 10 Desktop app is stripped; delete it (subsequently installing Skype classic).
With Skype classic, the Tools, etc. carte is still available.
I had a related problem; needed to set the frame rate for 50Hz.
I can't observe annihilation in Windows 10 to do this (or in the Skype desktop app).
